Mental health affected 1 in 4 people prior to the coronavirus pandemic. So many have struggled to cope and the virus has only made things worse with financial worries, isolation and fear to name a few. There was a mental health crisis long before Covid-19 and this will continue long after the lockdowns are over and retrictions are eased.
I share my story with employees and students on battling suicide, recovery, managing mental health and inspiring others to get the most out of life.

As a qualified Mental Health First Aider and with experience as a Listening Volunteer at Samaritans (mental health charity) alongside my own experience, knowledge and training on mental health topics, I can sit down with your employees individually and provide emotional support on an ongoing basis.
I will actively listen empathetically and non-judgementally and have the conversations that may be difficult but worthwhile having.

I will work with employees on an individual or small group basis to work towards solutions and ultimately help to improve their wellbeing and productivity.
