Everyone in attendance will get their chance to be heard and find their voice. I will create a non-judgmental, confidential environment where anything shared is a personal choice of the individual.

I will be sharing honest, raw insights to my life and my struggles along the way. I have found by being as open and honest as possible, showing vulnerability and being authentic, it can quickly build rapport and trust, encouraging others to share and overcome their pain points.

There will be group work, role-plays and engagement throughout so please come prepared with an open mind, willing to learn and ready to put yourself outside your comfort zone.

Please bring a pen and notepad and enjoy the day!

The live events will contain some strong references to suicide which some may find upsetting. There will be regular breaks and intervals to reset and regain composure. If at any point you are finding it overwhelming, please step outside the room for as long as you need and return if you feel comfortable to.

I feel it is important to cover this taboo subject due to the ongoing mental health crisis upon crisis since the coronavirus pandemic began.

A difficult conversation is usually one worth having.

I will not be providing medical advice but am instead talking from over 20 years of personal experience, training, courses, knowledge and qualifications I have gained across multiple industries.
